AGREEMENT


David Anderson ("Maintainer") and _____________ ("Grantor") 
make this Agreement ("Agreement") effective as of
the ______________ day of ____________________, 2012 ("Effective Date"). 

    1.Maintainer is authorized to incorporate, into its
      libdwarf/dwarfdump code base ("Target Code Base"),
      modifications to the Target Code Base created by Grantor prior to
      and after the Effective Date of this Agreement as provided by
      Grantor to Maintainer ("Modifications");
    2.Grantor authorizes Maintainer to release the Modifications under
      license terms as mutually agreed in writing or license terms
      applicable to the Target Code Base as released in open source
      format as of the Effective Date;
    3.Grantor confirms it is legally entitled to provide the
      Modifications to Maintainer as set forth in this Agreement
      or will be so entitled at the time Modifications are provided.
    4.This Agreement will continue in effect until 1 year from the
      Effective Date, but will automatically renew for an
      additional 1 year term upon each anniversary of the
      Effective Date, unless terminated by either party within 30
      days after any such anniversary.

All Modifications are provided "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS
OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including, without limitation,
any warranties or conditions of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY,
or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
